The Varitube VT510 V2 is here!  A Bullet Proof Connector:

- NO Need to disassemble for soldering
- NO Threaded insulators to strip
- NO max wire gauge restrictions
- Solder before or after installation

Only 11.5mm long - note you need an additional 2.5mm-3mm to allow movement within the installation

Note -  Properly adjust the T-Nut by loosening or tightening it such that the small pin is flush with the bottom of the slot in the T-Nut on the bottom of the connector ... This allows the top insulator to properly adjust and seat with the Atomizer providing smooth operation.  Pre-loading the spring with an over tightened T-Nut may result in 'ratchety' movement while installing an atomizer ... Adjust the T-Nut prior to soldering!

Ultra low profile shoulder, self-adjusting spring loaded center pin, brass backer nut for solid and secure installation.

Made of Stainless, Brass, & High Temp insulating material this connector is perfect for box mods and the discerning modder!

  • The spring carries no electrical load!
  • 22mm with Air Channels
  • 22mm Smooth Top
  • Only 1mm thick landing pad
  • Made of Stainless with High Temp Insulator, and brass - rated for 450F degrees continuous service
  • Assembled connector length - 11.5mm - extends to about 14mm with atomizer installed
  • Body threading - M10x0.5 - 10mm diameter ... about 3/8"
  • Ring Terminal for ground connection included
  • Does NOT need to be disassembled for soldering!!!  Huge productivity gain!  Can be soldered after install as well if desired.  Only adjustment needed is to make sure the bottom T-Nut is not over tightened prior to soldering.
  • Properly adjust the T-Nut by loosening or tightening it such that the small pin is flush with the bottom of the slot in the T-Nut on the bottom of the connector ... This allows the top insulator to properly adjust and seat with the Atomizer providing smooth operation.  Pre-loading the spring with an over tightened T-Nut may result in 'ratchety' movement while installing an atomizer ... Adjust the T-Nut prior to soldering!
Ring Terminals Are Included

Best 510's I have run across, my people, make very nice mods, with Lipos, all using 1S 10,000 mah 100C Lipos, for Unreg. mods that is, and 5,000 mah 100C Lipos for Yihi chip based mods. LOT of current, so I have been buying\making Solid center pin 510's, no spring at all, makes for a bit of a gap between mod and atomizer though. Can be adjusted but, it is a pain. These, I THINK will carry that current, first one is doing so. So, I'm back buying a few more, verifying current capability, and possibility of issues with longevity. When they check out well, and I'm sure they will, I buy many more.

Great replacement
I got this in order to replace the stupid press-in connector that came loose on my Istick 100W. Works better than the old one. As an aside, to anyone wanting to "fix" their Istick, tapping the existing hole doesn't work so well, and you'll have to remove some material so the ring and nut will fit onto the top cap. Also, the third screw won't go back in because 22m is about 4mm too big and covers the hole. The depth is perfect though. A bit more room than the stock connector.

decent
Have been using v1 forever and absolutely love them. Bought six of these v2 to give a try. The concept is good the way it gets soldered can save some space. But the pin tends to hang up and not move freely . Love the design just needs to be improved. I will continue using the v1 for now. update from varitube - we really encourage our customers to fully read the webpage as we do not know how else to get proper instructions to folks. The brass T-Nut needs to be adjusted such that the threaded pin just begins to stick into the slot. If the spring is pre-loaded the pin will hang up. Properly set its very smooth. Several larger mod makers have switched over due to the productivity gains

Good Update
This is a solid improvement over the V1. I can now solder damn near any gauge wire to this 510. It has more throw than the V1. So attys with positive pins meant for hybrid topcaps will sit flush on this 510. Easier to use, Easier to Solder, more options for wire and more throw make this V2 a win. Now hurry up and release those black ones!!

Great for repair and upgrade!
I bought a Smok Mag Kit at the recommendation of a great buddy of mine. After a couple of months I started having atomizer shorts and the atomizer would spin in the housing and I couldn’t remove it from the mod. Frustrated, I did some research and found that, for these mag kits at least, Smok clamps the 510 thread down with a brass ring and solders in the thread. What this means is the only thing giving the thread some support is the brass pin or the solder on the positive pin itself. If you manage to drop the thing the soldering or the pin could break. Similarly if you twist on the tank too tightly the solder or the pin will break from sheer force. I took the mag apart and found that when I dropped it the brass pin broke. I used some brass punches I have from gunsmithing and punched out the old 510 thread. Ordered this thread, widened up the housing, bolted the VT 510 V2 in and soldered it up. Worked like a charm and since it’s self adjustable you can tighten it up and get rid of that manufacturing problem with the mods. If I ever hear of anybody buying any Smok vape kits I strongly recommend these as an upgrade even before they get it charged up for the first time. Thanks VT!

Used to fix my smok mag 225w box
I love the smok mag 225w box mod but after my 2nd $80 buy from the base coming loose from the pressed brass ring I decided to try this. This is the most amazing 510 base you could buy for any mod if looking to upgrade especially for special mod products like smok if your base come loose. The screw holds it nice and tight and has a quality components. Will be ordering another to fix my second smok mod!shipping was fast!

Repaired my SMOK Mag 510 connector
I was tired of my smok products breaking quite often at the 510 and finally researched ans found FixSmokVape.com which shows how to repair the loose 510 with one of Varitubes parts. Excellent 510 adapter, i mean so much better than the stock parts that are press fit. Great job guys. Will order more for extra.

Great product
I had been buying 510s from another company for about the same price but these are much better, better threads better machining better spring tension . The others brand could barely fit 14g wire in side the positive pin and if you tinned it first it wouldn’t fit with this you can use 12g no problem if you want. The whole thing seems like it makes better contact than the other brand meaning less voltage drop less resistance less heat, overall a really solid product

excellent
Absolutely the best I've come across! Some 510's are made of cheep metal and leak like crazy. Have at least a dozen installed with no issues. And the installation is a breeze! 12g wire no problem. I usually install the 510 before soldering the positive as it helps save space (no "extra" wire hanging about). Always smooth, free floating and great connection. If your looking for the perfect 510, you just found it.
